Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy describes how the software behaves. Have it reviewed for your jurisdiction (for example GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) before launch, and keep it in sync with the services you actually enable.

What you enter into tools

Calculators, text tools and image tools run in your browser. The numbers, text and files you use are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. Some tools put your inputs in the page address (URL) so you can share a result; that address is only shared if you share it.

Newsletter

If you join the “new tools” list, we store your email address, the page where you signed up and the date. We use it only to tell you about new tools on Quickora, never sell or share it, and keep it until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@quickora.app and we’ll remove you.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used, so we can improve them. These services can collect information like pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies; IP anonymisation is enabled.

Advertising

The site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Where required by law we ask for consent before using advertising cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period.
